Expedited Options

We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues.
Expedited Shipping Options
For faster delivery, customers may select upgraded shipping methods at checkout:
- UPS / FedEx Express 2 Day
- UPS / FedEx Next Day Delivery
Shipping speed is determined by your chosen service and destination. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier.
Carrier Selection & PO Boxes
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service (USPS).
Important:
- UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
- FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.
Shipping Liability Disclaimer
Ion Peptide is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages
- Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Weather-related delays or force majeure events
- Customs delays or international transit issues, if applicable
While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems beyond our control.
