The definition of galvanized seamless pipe
Galvanized seamless pipe is a metal pipe, which is characterized by a zinc layer covering the surface of the steel pipe. This treatment not only enhances the corrosion resistance of the pipeline, but also extends its service life.
The manufacturing process of galvanized seamless pipes uses hot-dip galvanizing technology or electroplating technology to achieve this purpose, thereby ensuring that both the inner and outer walls of the pipe receive uniform coating protection.
What steps do we need to master during installation?
- There are four main steps when installing galvanizedseamless steel pipes.
For pipe cutting, you must first calculate the size of the pipe, and then use a special pipe cutting tool to cut the steel pipe to the required length. Note that when cutting, the pipe end should be kept perpendicular to the axis of the stainless steel pipe.
- The wear resistance of galvanized seamless pipes is mainly determined by the material and production quality. Wear is the loss of surface material due to relative motion between objects. Rare earth wear-resistant alloy steel pipes use wear-resistant materials that can resist wear and extend the service life of the product.
Galvanized seamless steel pipes are mainly divided into single metal pipes and composite pipes. According to the shape, it can be divided into straight pipes, elbows, tees, crosses, reducers, square and round joints and other special-shaped pipes
- Clean the glue, clean the socket of the galvanized seamless pipe fittings and the port of the thin-walled stainless steel pipe, and mark the position five millimeters away from the port, and then apply anaerobic glue evenly on the mark. The third step is to insert the stainless steel water pipe into the bottom of the socket of the pipe fitting and rotate it so that the glue can stick more evenly.
- According to the various requirements of galvanized seamless pipes, various irregular-shaped pipe fittings are produced to meet the design requirements. Straight pipes are generally cast by centrifugal casting. Second, the material of galvanized seamless steel pipe contains Cr, Ni, Mo, W, V, Cu and other alloy elements. It not only has high hardness, but also has certain mechanical properties. It has good welding performance at normal temperature, and has the possibility of cutting and on-site drilling. It also has certain corrosion resistance. After the pipe mouths of galvanized seamless pipes are butted, the two pipe mouths are not connected tightly, resulting in uneven thickness of the welding joint.

And the steel pipe has an elliptical pipe mouth due to its own reasons or bumps during transportation. It is recommended to cut off a small section of the steel pipe head before processing.
